Three - Broken

Today's photo is another one from Glacier National Park. We didn't have as much luck seeing the big animals this year as we have in years past. This mountain goat, however, was one of the more interesting ones we've seen. The poor guy had already lost one horn, and his remaining one was barely hanging on. Did he have a bad fall? Perhaps an epic battle against a rival? We'll never know.

While I was taking this photo I knew it was going to be a gritty black and white one once I was through with it. It enhances the mood of the photo.
